Hi Danne,
Case sensitive means that if you set up a password you must be aware of
whether you use capital or small letters because the two are not
interchangeable. In other words if your password is established with lower
case or "small" letters, that is the way you must type it in to be
recognized by the computer.
I took a look at the GGA membership web page and it looks to me like an
overseas person must be a paypal member to use the system. I think you have
to go to their web page http://www.paypal.com and set up an account before
you can use it to pay GGA membership costs at the GGA web site. Leann can
correct me if I'm wrong.
