Try switching from chick mash to oat bran.

First, how old are they?

This is why I asked how old they are, some may just die of old age. I usually have a 
5% loss during shipping no matter what, this
gets worse with colder weather. My cricket supplier packs the crickets with potatoes, 
this helps I think.  Also, when you get the
crix, you should provide a water source immediately. Leafy greens work great, and that 
insures you won't lose more to dehydration
right away. With smaller crix I also keep test tubes of water stuffed with cotton.
