I get 3 weeks as the oldest crickets, they live till about 7 weeks.

Sounds like you need a couple different sizes of crickets here. Two weeks and three 
weeks sound appropriate.

Oat bran is eaten quicker, that is why I recommended it.

Then don't buy the Fluker's gel. That must be costing you a fortune! A bag of greens 
from Safeway will be much cheaper no doubt.

I routinely feed them this stuff.

Then your container sounds good, but you need to break up the order into two different 
sizes, you also need two containers. This
will make feeding much easier too.

That sounds good, but I would use up the gel and not buy it anymore.
