both are good, but the chicken may or may not be more readily accepted.
These guys do like fruit! The chicken will give them a boost as well. You
can even experiment and offer a mix of fruit if prefered and add a small
amount of chicken to up the content. It's pretty funny at the check out
counter when the cashier asks how old my baby is and I tell them this is
for lizards.

Hope you can find the ice pop variety. They are very handy to have on hand
and last a long time. The bottles go bad a coule days after opening. If
your delving in to the rescue mode.....you'll need it!
