Blast the area with 20 kT of explosives, nuclear if possible.

Actually, I'd try to see if a putty knife would be "sharp" enough to remove
them.  There are also razorblade scrapers that should work as well.  The
smell can't be any worse than the (NH4)2S I had to use in chemistry lab
tonight.  15M NH3 is some good stuff too.
