I'm surprised I'm the first to reply to this but yes it does look like
C.consubrinus.  The X on the head gives it away.

I've kept similar but never THIS species, I'm sure others can comment on a
care regimen.

i may be buying a trio of geckos and the person isnt sure of the true
name,and called the forest banded geckos.
i think they are borneo banded geckos=Cyrtodactylus consobrinus.
attached is the image of one of the geckos hes selling.
if anyone has info on this type of gecko(care info,etc) please let me know.
