Hi Burke,

A vet trip, ASAP! Anytime a hemipene does not go back in right away you need to
go to the vet immediately for assistance, to pop it back in and/or get a stitch
to keep it in. The more time it is out the better chance for infection and loss
of the hemipene. This is a life risking problem for a male gecko. You may soak
it in sugarwater to try to get it to shrink down.
