I had a nice conversation with Russ Bassett this AM. He is right on top
of this situation with SkyWest. I am going to send them some e-mail, I
encourage you to do so also at http://www.skywest.com . I suggested we
remind them of the unruly passenger problem airlines are experiencing
these days...they still allow people on the aircraft! The moral of the
story is, why throw out the whole barrel because of one bad apple? If
you have a problem, you deal with it and correct it on a case by case
basis.
