[Gecko] R. leachianus questions

Any Rhac experts out there?

I have two questions concerning R. leachianus:

1) What is their ideal temperature range? My gecko room
is 66-70 (night) to 78-80 (day) most of the year, a bit cooler in winter.
Is this too cool?

2) How do you tell R. leachianus leachianus from R. leachianus henkeli
besides the size difference (or mainland from the insular morph if you
don't agree with the subspecies status)I have animals that have passed through
several hands before I got them and I can't trace them back to the breeder.
