I'm putting my money on a young Rhacodactylus chahoua.

Page 89 of the Rhacodactylus book is my source.

On 89 you see a picture of 4 "semi-adults"  3 are on top of the log, on is on
the bottom.  Look closely at the middle top one's pattern, particullary the
tail.  It's identical, including a white portion below the first chevron.
