actually soaking the interior/exterior of a tank in a 10% bleach solution for
at least 20 minutes, or do you think spraying the tank's interior/exterior
and leaving it sit...or soaking paper towels in the 10% solution and sticking
them on the sides for at least 20 minutes? Please elaborate somewhat on this
detail of yours.
