Some would say absolutely nothing except isolate her and keep her hydrated. If
you have some Silvadene creme, that works wonders, but the stress of catching
her and treating her may be worse than the benefit. You could also use
Neosporin.
I once had a P. guimbeaui female who was almost peeled by her long term mate.
My vet suggested an aggressive treatment of daily baths in dilute betadine and
Silvadene creme, and keeping her in a sterile "hospital tank". She died after
two days. I often wonder if I had just left her alone...
