My 2 cents.....

I had a T scincus with a severe injury like yours, almost a 'degloving'
injury: the male grabbed her by the scruff of the neck, pulled, and off came
almost all her skin! It was horrible. What we did....

Immediate trip to the vet; he gave a shot of Baytril prophalactically. Twice
a day, for the next two months, I applied Neosporin with a q tip to the
area. She was kept on paper towels, and I increased her heat a bit more.

Biggest problem was, she was in so much pain, she couldn't chase food, and
had to be hand fed daily, which I did. The biggest challenge is keeping the
injured areas moist and free of debris.

I'm thrilled to say she recovered fully, and not even a scar! If you decide
to go this way, good luck with her - but I would apply meds with a long q
tip as apposed to restraining her; she's stressed enough.

Good luck,
