Thanks, I've noticed a few bite marks on the new guy, but they appear to
be 'content' with each other, at least tolerating each other.. The older
male could be stressed.. he's a very dark color.. usually he's more gold..
The new 'guy' is gold, and appears to have settled in, eating fine.. I'm
just going to keep an careful eye on them I guess and see what happens..
at least until I can get a book to help me :) Is it ok to put polysporine
on the bites? or is it just better to let them heal..? they're not deep
and don't appear to be causing any problems..

For now, even a critter keeper with a plant will do - all pet stores sell
them, they're not too expensive (I mean, you don't have to set up an
elaborate tank right now; just something to put the new guy in until things
calm down and they're properly sexed.)

Probably bibliomania would have it - they have a number of reptile things,
both in and out of print. Don't know the URL, try a search with the word
'bibliomania'.
