I am suspicious that either something is not right with your husbandry, or
you might have an ill animal.  Are you sure the temperature in the tank is
warm enough? I keep mine 83-85F. Snakes that are kept too cool will refuse
to eat or will eat and regurgitate. I would make sure you have a
thermometer in there and check it. If the temp is ok, then your pinky might
be too big or maybe you did not get it thawed all the way. I see a lot of
my breeder friends feeding mice that are not properly thawed all the way
through. Snakes may also regurgitate if they are stressed after feeding. I
don't handle them until the meal is digested.
