These are all good things, I am not familiar with the HerpCare Cricket Dust.
Most folks I know use Mineral I with D3. Crickets should be 90-95% of his head
size. If crickets are too small then the lizard loses interest, if they are too
big the lizard gets very excited, but cannot swallow them. I would think 2 week
old crickets would be just right for this anole. Avoid feeding so many crickets
that many are running around uneaten in the terrarium. The
"extras" tend to bother the herps, and that goes double for a sick herp. Also
try fruit babyfood, most tropical lizards will eat it. Apricot is popular with
mine.
