We also have a small business and used that name for the account. UPS did
not ask anything about the business as to what type or whether we had a tax
ID number, etc. All they seemed interested in was how often we planned on
shipping and what type of reptiles we would be shipping.

Doug,

Although I do have a small business, no one asked for my business license 
when I inquired about the account.  Try calling and see what they say to
you. 
 BTW, I shipped out a package with 12 geckos last night (from Ohio) and they

made it to Arizona by 10:30 this morning----and all were fine.

Maybe Greg can add to this.
