[Gecko] Adopted Sphaerodactyulus notatus gravid?

Hi Folks,

Any advice out there on the "incubation" of an egg from my Sphaerodactylus notatus from Key West, Florida?  substrate, temps, humidity, on lid, or contact with incubation substrate?  How big are the hatchlings?  This adult maxes out at 2".  She was supposed to be male, so this comes as a bit of a surprise!
