I'd separate them, if for nothing else, to make sure she doesn't get it
(assuming it's an infection). He may have picked it up anywhere.......
Wish I could help, but I've never run into that - maybe Doc Pinworm will

But I'd say he needs to see a vet soon - sorry I couldn't be more help.
