I have two Leos, a male and a female about two and a half years old. They
have had two breeding seasons, and this year I have not needed to separate
them, as they have stopped breeding as I have 'wintered' them. I noticed
that they were both feeding very well after they stopped breeding, and they
eat mainly hoppers and crickets which I feed them twice a week and dust once
a week with Repton, but every few weeks they have a few wax worms.

They have both put on tail weight very nicely, but far from being over
weight. This evening I noticed that my female has what looks like a pocket
of fluid just behind her front legs, (where our armpits would be) can any
one tell me what might be the matter and what I should do about it. I have
decided to stop feeding wax worms to her, just incase this is to do with
gaining weight, but I don't think it is.

I also have a Blue Tongue Skink and a Bearded Dragon, and have had plenty of
experience with reptiles over the years, but never come across this one
before.

Many Thanks

Simon
