Earwigs eat waste material and should not be harmful to healthy
geckos. There is an old wive's tale that they will burrow into
your ears but I don't think they will hurt your gecko unless it
gets very sick. I don't like earwigs myself so I would get rid
of any I find - they munch on my vegetable garden.
