Do you have a reptile vet in your area? If you do then I would take the
animal and a fresh fecal into the vet. They should be able to check the
fecal sample for parasites. Since you also moved these geckos into a new
tank, I would also check the temperature in the tank and see if it is warm
enough for this species of gecko.
