Kaolin is a very pure alumino-silicate clay used to make fine china.  
It's also one of the two active ingredients (the other is pectin) in
Kaopectate, the diarrhea remedy.

While it's not toxic, per se, it would tend to absorb moisture from 
the gut, and adsorb organic molecules such as vitamins.  It contains
no minerals of nutritional value.  

What gave you the idea to try it?
