Hey, I give McDonalds credit. Kaolin clearly keeps the milkshake in my system and thus keeps the experience pleasant. And by doing so, they can bet on my return when I desire a cheap high-calorie fix. All I have to say is it hasn't killed me yet. Pretty clever scam.
