Well he's hardly a friend, like I said he came to a
forum I am an active member of. It sounds like he knows what gecko it is but
just needs advice on the care for it. Well it doesn't look like anyone knows
here so he's on his own, thanx anyways.

Question
The best advice I can offer is to have your friend go to the
GGA web site and examine all of the many photos in the photo section.
This would hopefully lead to an identification of the animal. Of
course an alternative would be to provide you with a digital image of the
gecko in question. Without an identity or even a description it's a
little difficult to react to your request.

Ok I am part of a forum where someone just
purchased a gecko and knows nothing about it. I chewed him out pretty good
about it. Anway's I also told him to join this group but know it takes a
while before he can post. He posted this messege on the leopard gecko forum
which I am a active member on and told him I will try to help anyways. Like
I said I already chewed him out so please just focus on the subject at hand,
thanks all. Im sure someone will know about this speceis.
Here is the messege:
Hi I have recently bought a gecko from a store called
petco. the gecko is said to be a { Flat Footed Gecko}. they gave me no real
info except that you take care of him just like any other gecko. Ive
searched the net looking for info on my species and couldnt find nothing.
The only info I found was about leopard geckos. so i dont even know where
mine has oringinated from or things like that. he doesent stick to the glass
in his 20 gallon fish tank that i use as a home i feed him mealworms and
crickets. but Im just looking for the proper and right way to take care of
him so he lives a happy long life . any info will be greatly appreciated
So if anyone can provide me with some
constructive comments to provide this guy, I would appreciate it for the
gecko's sake.
Thanks,
Mario
