Perhaps your "buddy" could give you more of a physical description of his Flat-Footed Gecko that you could then forward to this listserv. I was really impressed with the assistance given on my "Cape Zebra Gecko" ID question just several days ago! Turns out that mine is most likely a Lygodactylus kimhowelli! Congratulations goes to Hartmut from Germany!
