Greg,

Commercial solicitation?  I guess that you misunderstood my intentions since I had no desire to break any GGA Listserve rules.  I know that both of the mentioned sites have wonderful photos for identification purposes, and I readily refer many individuals to those sites.  I also feel that gecko information should be freely disseminated, and that is the main reason that we have created our site.  I apologize for any misunderstanding.  I have seen blatant commercial solicitation on this Listserve on many occasions.

Nathan,
There are already several very good sites that have pictures for proper gecko identification. One of them is the Global Gecko Association, another is Uroplatus.com.
Commercial solicitation on the GGA Listserve is not allowed.

Subject: [Gecko] gecko photos

I need good quality photos of different gecko species to put in my photo gallery.  We mainly work with Rhacodactylus and Uroplatus species, so we are in desperate need of photos.  For example, we need pictures of Phelsuma, Eublepharis, Paroedura, Diplodactylus, Teratoscincus, Naultinus, Hemidactylus, etc.  Of course, if I use the photo, I will put the name of the photographer on or below the photo.  We are simply tring to create a site that has plenty of good information and pictures for proper gecko identification.  We need your help!

Thanks,
Nathan S. Hall
