Lyle/Greg, et al. -

I looked at the webpage today for article submittal requirements, and couldn't find
them. They're in the back of Gekko, but do not include photo, or more importantly,
digital photo submittal requirements. What I'm looking for is whether or not
Gekko can work with 1.3 mega pixel photos?

This is an issue for what I'm working up because an article I am working on for a
toy train magazine requires something like 3.5 megapixels - that's alot. Am wondering
if Gekko has the same stringent requirement, or if 1.3 is acceptable. When using
film,
I have to buy special film and use it within a week, all kinds of real camera techy
stuff
that is really beyond me. I'd be happy to share the specific requirements with anyone
who cares. Suffice it to say, it really discourages my submitting to that publication.

While all that helps assure a fine photo, is it really required for Gekko?

I am posting this to the listserv to hopefully encourage others to work on articles,
as well.

thanks,

Joe
