Tony,

Thanks for all of the information.  So, is it C. a. namibensis or C. a.
namibiensis.  I thought it was the latter until I looked at the spelling in
Henkel & Schmidt's book.  I have noticed that there are some discrepancies
between a few of the scientific names in this book and others.  Where can I
find the information by Haacke?
