I think it looks most like a Phelsuma seippi.  Don't look at McKeown's
photo -- it is too lime green.  If you have Faszinierende Taggeckos, pp.
187, that looks more like the Geicko gecko.

I just often tell people that it is a combination of several Phelsuma.
