Males of both species of Pygopus have cloacal spurs located under the flap.
I'm not sure if Lialis does, although I wouldn't be surprised if they did.
The spur is not like a Boid spur.  It is better described as a modified
scale which is raised, hard and usually darker in colour compared to
surrounding scales.  They are located on either side of the cloaca under the
flap.  Let me know if you see them on Lialis.  I've got an article by Allen
Geer on the biology and evolution of Pygopodidae.  It has some drawings of
the spurs, but doesn't discuss them, otherwise it is a good summary of
Pygopodidae.  E-mail me off list if you'd like a copy.
