These are Lialis and are two different color morphs. one gray with light peppering of black and the other is gray and black striped and very interesting. I have not had a chance to look for spurs yet, but the striped one has larger flaps and will wiggle them when annoyed.... looks vaguely penguin-like somehow with those little things flapping in the wind.
