Hi Sarah,
You might want to check out the following links to pictures on the GGA Photo pages.
There are several people on the list who keep the above pictured geckos. I have kept Lygodactylus capensis (Dwarf Cape Gecko) in the past, which are quite similar in husbandry to diurnal Phelsuma Day Geckos.

Subject: [Gecko] striped cape gecko

Hello Gecko folks,

I have a striped cape gecko that I purchased from a local petco about 6 months ago. It's been thriving in a ten gallon tall aquarium, but I am ignorant about this certain gecko.  It's features resemble a day gecko, but I am curious to know it's scientific name and more of it's origin.  I've tried looking the name of this gecko up everywhere, and found nothing of the sort.  Would anyone on the gekkota list know anything about the striped cape gecko or perhaps know where I could find information about this creature?
Thanks,

Sarah
