E-mail the person. Inform them that they are
using your copyrighted photos without permission. Tell them if they do not
remove them within 24 hours you will inform their web-hosting company of the
infraction. Web host companies do not want to be in the middle of these
disputes, can be named as party to the infringement, and will and should
pull the whole website.
I've done this on an ongoing rate since putting up
www.daygecko.com People are
constantly using our pictures without permission and we track them down, one by
one, and do not hesitate to go the full course.
