I e-mailed the individual and haven't gotten a reply.  I have however gotten the reply from webshots that Greg and Doug got.  We shall soon see if I ever receive a reply from the violating individual.

Chris,

My brother owns a computer gaming company, and he and some of his animators have found screen shots of his game on numerous sites on the internet.  After discovering these stolen photos, he had thirty days to notify the offenders.  After this thirty day period, the photos will become the property of the offender if not notified within that period.  That sure sounds like a load of gecko poop to me, but his attorney informed him of this the other day.  So, if any of you guys stumble across your pictures on other sites, let them know asap.  The thirty day time period seems arbitrary, but I guess that is how the law works.  If you notify the person who stole your pics and they don't remove them, then legal action can be taken.

Look in the various galleries.  5 of my photos (3 leopard geckos, 1 tokay, and 1 banded gecko) have been added to this persons gallery w/o my knowledge of them doing so.  To further add insult to injury they had the balls to crop off my " Chris Newsom" text on my photos.  There were other GGA photo contributors' photos who I recognized.  Some by Tony Gamble or Gregory Watkins-Colwell, just to name a couple.  I don't know what can be done, but I have already type up a message to his guest book on the webshots account.
