Scott... Whether it's a 12 year old or not, the web site is offering animals for sale, so it's a business. The problem with having the GGA chase it down is the GGA does not hold the copyrights... we individuals who submitted our pics to GGA do. The only way they could legally pursue this would be for us to assign the GGA the right to act on our behalf for those copyrights. That would be cumbersome at best. I just chose to act individually.
