Well out goes the cuttlefish bone, then. My supplementation regimen is as follows:
Herptivite: once per week
Rep-cal (w/ vit. D): Every day

I heard these are good vitamins/calcium for geckos so I started using them. I used to
use Herp Care cricket dust last year but switched.

I also put a little Rep-cal in with the cuttlebone. I actually didn't start using the
cuttlebone until about a month ago.

I would like to try the calcium from Herp Nutrition but I'm in Canada so I wonder if
there is another choice for me. The cost to ship isn't prohibitive by any means but I
think it is easier to use a Canadian supplier. If it is just pharmaceutical grade
calcium carbonate I might ask our purchasing manager if he can get it for me (I work
in a pharmaceutical company).

My gecko has a bird/reptile vet but the vet is young and I don't know if knows all
that much about spider geckos.

Thanks for all your help (and the quick reply!)

Mike
