Have you tried calcium glubionate?  It is a concentrated liquid calcium that
works in conjunction with D3, and I've found it to be rather safe since
dosing amounts are arbitrary.  I would give the gecko a couple of drops a
day for a few days to see if the supplementation is beneficial.

You should be able to find it at your local pharmacy.
