Hi all, Just wanted to update, that I lost one of my Hemitheconyx taylori females. We found her today under one of the shallow, dug out hides, lifeless and missing her tail. We later found the tail under the buried water dish (it
's a flower pot bottom) which is on the other side of a 20 gal. tank. Can't figure out this happened though, the 1.2 group had been living together very peacefully and we have never seen any fighting, even in the wee hours of the night. (we seem to be nocturnal too.) So this is very strange to me. She didn't have any other wounds besides the dropped tail. If anyone has any input, please let me know. (also I suppose if anyone knows where I can possibly find more H. taylori, let me know.)
Thanks, Karin
