Robert,
I really wanted to go, and Scott of
TLC even offered to let me crash in his room, but I just couldn't afford
it. My wife and I recently bought a house, so funds have been tight.
Sake anyone (hehe)? Jodi, I promise not to leave you again. And yes,
we can spoon all night next time.

Personally I thought this year Daytona was a bit of a skunk.
There were few geckos around this year, but there was a decent number of
uncommon/rare geckos in the mix. Even leopard geckos weren't in their usual
numbers I didn't think. Tables were overcrowded with colubrids as usual. The
Gecko Night was interesting. Unfortunately my friends wanted to leave when it
came time for the Tarentola gigas speech. Did anyone see that one? I wanted to
see that and actually ended up getting to juveniles at the show. The GGA
Dinner was a bit placid this year without Jodi, Lyle and Nathan Hall. You guys
were all missed! It was still a fun night of talking and sharing
stories/experiences. Stacy finally figured out I was me and somebody else
wasn't me. Apparently Neil thought the same thing too. Neil I talked to you on
Saturday about the CB phantasticus you had. I was wearing a black GGA shirt w/
a phant pic on the back and (here's the giveaway) I'm 16. So next year if
anyone sees a 17 year old kid with a big grin and a GGA phantasticus shirt,
it's probably me. Here are some pictures I took that weekend. I finally got
time to put them up onto the site. I was welcomed with school and homework as
soon as I got back home. http://www.geocities.com/reptiluvr/Daytona-2003.htm
