I thought maybe the poor thing died... it was only two days though and he was eating and running around fine the day we left. SO if he did you'd think I'd see SOMEthing. By the way, he was not left outside...no ants. :)
I looked inside and out of every rock, leaf and stick in there...no gecko. Since he was so little I worried about impaction so I just used a strip of reptile carpet, so I know he isn't buried somewhere, lol.
We'll probably never know...
