I had an account with them and let it go inactive because UPS was such a better deal. Unless you are dealing with a very expensive shipment it will not be worth it to set up an account with them. They require a facility inspection and a minimum amount of shipments to keep your account. If you did not have an account with them prior to 9/11/01 you will likely have a hard time establishing yourself. You can try though, go for it and let us know what they say!
