You might find this post on Kingsnake.com 'old' Leopard Gecko Forum interesting:

I've fed fruit to my leos many times, and find the females will eat it quite readily.
They might
not recognize it at first, but once they get to lick some off my fingers they like it.
Once or
twice a month I'll offer them some of the fruit mixture I feed the Rhacodactylus, and
I've also
had a few of them eat a bit of crested gecko diet too. Any fruit or non-insect foods I
offer are
just as treats or extras if they want it, their main food is still insects. Females
seem more
inclined to experiment with new foods than males, and during breeding season they are
even more
likely to taste something different.

They'll also eat strawberry or peach yogurt which I offer them once a week or so
during breeding
season.
