The prognosis on this guy is not good, however, according to Diana he is gaining weight, as long as he is doing that I say give him a chance. If he does not gain weight for a few weeks then a person would be humane to consider this. I have seen them recover from similar conditions, they are a lot of work - I would say Diana is willing and I encourage her efforts as long as they are productive as she says.
