Hi Simon,

Thanks for the advice. I've raised the temps on the hot end to about 95F. I also started giving him about 4cc's of slurry everyday, I haven't seen him regurge yet so I'm assuming this is not too much. I also started giving him warm water soaks, about 10 minutes at a time. The vet we went to is listed as a herp vet, and seemed to know what he was talking about. We're still looking for another vet in the NY area, so far I haven't been able to find one, except the vet I've already seen.

Thanks for the link!

Thanks again!
Diana

Hi Diana,

My best suggestion to you is to force feed him constantly. Try to force feed him twice a day.Looking at the pictures, just keep feeding him. Also, increase the temperature by a couple of degrees which will help him fight whatever he has. Also, the vet you went to, are they experienced in reptile work? Anyway, I'm sure more people on this forum will give you better answers but I suggest you to constantky feed him. Actually, you might be able to give him more than 2 ccs since he's an adult and plus he's dehyrdrated. good luck.

Also, you might want to check out www.nyhs.org I'm from nyc myself and start keeping herps. the members of this society are pretty good.

Good luck,

Simon
