I do the limits on feeding and temps. I have had pairs not lay eggs for several years running.
My night temps slip into the low 70's and days upper 70's. Make sure though they maintain good weights.
I have a pair for my daughter.....three years old and raised from babies, no eggs yet.

Mine lay eggs when they are ready to even if they are virgins. Perhaps
not feeding her all she can eat will help hold her back? Or keeping her
under short day conditions?
