I remember something about that a couple years ago... in my case, I intend to get the house ready, then move with the animals to Colorado, leaving my wife to be around to show the house and deal with realtors. She needs to be here until the end of the year anyway...

Haven't yet, but will be doing it later this year before we move to Colorado... actually, I intend to move them and us out (somehow) and show the house empty if at all possible! It will give me the opportunity to do the work I need to do on the house before selling, and clean up any reptile "residue" that remains!!! Any chance of you getting them out of the house now?
