Hi---

Maybe your leopard gecko feels safer about eating when no one is watching. Have you
put the food in a shallow dish and then returned several hours later? Have you ever
tried to handfeed this leopard say like the first mealworm of his lunch or dinner just
so that he gets used to you?

I have a young leopard gecko who hatched June 6 whom I occasionally handfeed.

BTW, how do folks get calcium powder to "stick" to mealworms? I do have a small dish
of calcium in the cage, but my leopard seems to ignore that. It is much easier to
dust prey when feeding crickets!
