Hi, I had the same problem with my L. kimhowelli and it's serious. I would take him to the vet as soon as possible. Also change what ever substrate you have him on right away. I found that it was the grainy substrate that caused urate to be stuck to my geckos vent. It killed him in the end. What a way to die eh?
