I hand fed two very sick geckos, one leopard and one fat tail. The best way I found to get them to eat is to cut head off of the mealworm, then hold the mealworm body with the open end and some of the guts hanging out in front of the geckos mouth. You can also gently touch the guts to the geckos mouth. Both my geckos would then lick their faces and while they were doing that, I would try to slip the meal worm in.
